Yoto, the audio platform for kids behind the critically acclaimed and award-winning Yoto Player and recently launched Yoto Mini, has added 16 additional titles to its ever-expanding library of Disney favourites.
The titles, which include Star Wars: The Original Trilogy, The Muppets Most Wanted and Frozen 2, can simply be inserted into a Yoto device for independent screen-free storytime to begin.
In an exciting new collaboration, Yoto and Disney Lucasfilm are set to delight children and their parents with three action-packed adventures from a galaxy far, far away. Joining 5 Minute Star Wars Stories, Star Wars: The Prequel Trilogy and Star Wars: The Original Trilogy will be launching in spring 2022.
Perfect for children aged eight and above, the two new cards will allow young Jedi to join some of their favourite characters from the franchise, including Luke Skywalker, Anakin Skywalker, Princess Leia, Han Solo, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda on their adventures. Both titles will retail at £8.99 and are set to provide up to 1 hour 52 minutes of out-of-this-world tales.
Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear will also be joining the Yoto family, with the release of The Muppets and The Muppets Most Wanted. The two new stories will follow the characters as they find themselves entangled in an international crime caper, and come together to save the Muppet Theatre. Landing on Yoto.com from the end of March 2022, the comedic stories can be purchased for £8.99 each.
A further four stories will be joining Yoto’s magical Disney library at the end of March 2022. Aimed at children aged five and above, the tales include four modern favourites: Princess and the Frog, Frozen 2, Onward and Cars, as well as three adaptations of live-action Disney movies: The Lion King, Beauty and The Beast and The Lady and the Tramp. The audio adventures will retail at £8.99 each as standalone content cards.
Yoto’s Marvel universe will also be expanding with a brand-new pack of four content cards landing in spring 2022. The Disney Marvel Phase 2 collection will feature Ant Man, Age of Ultron, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy, offering over 12 and a half hours of captivating content for £8.99.
