Character Options’ campaign to Stay Active this summer has taken a hop, skip and jump into the celebrity stakes with the signing of Olympic Gold Medallist Greg Rutherford MBE to lead the messaging alongside influencers as each of the products in the Stay Active collection gets unboxed at home and reviewed on social media.
The Stay Active range features family-inclusive activity toys and games that can be played both inside and out, promoting great active fun. As well as existing favourites Jump It Lap Counter, KickerBall and Moon Shoes, fun additions to the SS22 portfolio include Splash Out, a game that requires a player to throw the ball to another person to avoid getting “splashed” out, and Sling Ball, where kids will love hooking the ball and launching it up to 60 feet for the next player to catch in their racquet net.
From March, the Stay Active campaign will see a different product from the range being championed each month on Greg’s Instagram. His background means family and kids’ fitness is close to his heart, so the partnership is a perfect fit. Greg’s activity will lead to waves of further coverage from active influential family instagrammers who will also be posting about their engaging Stay Active fun experiences at home.
